• Registration occurs by phone or in person, before the beginning of each session. Please contact Flow to confirm current session dates
• Class sizes are limited to ensure appropriate instruction and coaching
• Cash, cheque, Visa and Interact are accepted payment methods
• Refund policy: There are no refunds provided once a session has commenced. However, missed classes or sessions can be carried over to new sessions or can be replaced by different class times.
• Private and semi-private classes have a 48-hour cancellation policy, otherwise full class costs will be charged to the client
  
  
  Flow offers a variety of classes to meet your specific requirements. Each session is one hour long (60 minutes), and can be attended as a private, semi-private or small group option. No class will ever have more than 7 participants, so you will always receive the one-on-one attention you seek.

Pricing for each class, or purchased as a 10 week session:

Private: $85or $800 for 10 classes
Semi-Private: $55 or $500 for 10 classes
Mat classes: 10 class session for $180
Group Reformer: $350 for 10 sessions
Mat Drop-in class: $20
Reformer Drop-in class: $40

Flow Starter Package and Assessment $145
This two hour private session will provide a comprehensive introduction to Pilates. You will receive a complete posture/activity assessment, allowing the instructor to provide a highly customized training solution, as well as allowing you time to discuss any personal concerns or training objectives.

This will be followed by a private one hour mat class. Lastly, you will be introduced to all the Pilates apparatus, permitting a full understanding of all training options at Flow.
