uses spring resistance which is variable and allows for peak muscle contraction while reducing the stress on the joints and the connective tissue.

EFFECTIVE RANGE OF MOTION

focuses on form and each movement is kept within the range of motion that targets the specific muscle or group of muscles.

EFFECTIVE ANGLE

allow for training at different angles to help recruit different muscle groups.

Getting Started

The process to getting well is simple

Step 1

Assessment

Before beginning any of our classes, it is recommended each person have an assessment of your current physical condition. A customized personal fitness program will be tailored to each individual’s postural needs and training goals.

Step 2

Private Program

Individual sessions to learn the foundations of the FLOW Pilates Method and build the necessary fitness level necessary before joining a group.

Step 3

Specialized Reformer Group Classes

Joining specialized group classes are limited to 3 persons to ensure proper adjustments to reinforce proper technique.

Schedule

Cancellation Policy
  • Clients must provide 24-hour notice for cancellations to prevent full reserved class fee charged to client.
  • Three or more consecutive cancellations will disqualify confirmed schedule and will revert to drop-in status with availability based on attendance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel classes in the event of low enrollment.

Heather Pugh, along with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, have spent over two decades refining a form of exercise based on Pilates, Physiotherapy exercises, Osteopathy Therapies.

Heather’s goal is to relieve pain associated with physical imbalances in the body. Proper bio mechanics are taught to ensure proper movement when performing daily activities and workouts.
