Before beginning any of our classes, it is recommended each person have an assessment of your current physical condition. A customized personal fitness program will be tailored to each individual’s postural needs and training goals.
Individual sessions to learn the foundations of the FLOW Pilates Method and build the necessary fitness level necessary before joining a group.
Joining specialized group classes are limited to 3 persons to ensure proper adjustments to reinforce proper technique.
Heather Pugh, along with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, have spent over two decades refining a form of exercise based on Pilates, Physiotherapy exercises, Osteopathy Therapies.
Heather’s goal is to relieve pain associated with physical imbalances in the body. Proper bio mechanics are taught to ensure proper movement when performing daily activities and workouts.
